2026 FRC Survey

This survey is designed to gather information on your participation in growingSTEMS and the FIRST Robotics Competition Team 836: The RoboBees. The first section of this survey focuses on your experience with growingSTEMS as a whole, with a focus on the general quality of service. The second section of this survey focuses on your experience with the FRC team.

Your responses to this survey are voluntary and there is no penalty if you choose not to respond. However, maximum participation is encouraged so that the data will be complete and representative.  To the best of our ability, no identifying information will be collected. In any public release of survey results, no data will be disclosed that could be used to match your responses with your identity because there will be no individual identifiers associated with the data.

We think providing this information takes between 30 and 45 minutes per respondent to complete, including the time for reviewing instructions, getting the needed data, and reviewing the completed survey. The record of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you, unless a specific survey question explicitly asked for it.

If you used an identifying access code to access this survey, please rest assured that this code will not be stored together with your responses. It is managed in a separate database and will only be updated to indicate whether you did (or did not) complete this survey. There is no way of matching identification access codes with survey responses.

Most questions will have a multiple-choice question to quantitatively assess your experience. These responses will be aggregated and released to the public. All questions, excluding demographic data, will also include narrative sections, which will allow you to provide clarifying or additional information. To be clear, no identifying information will ever be collected, and no attempt will be made to identify the individuals involved. However, we recognize that some responses may require the inclusion of information which, due to details or circumstances, might breach anonymity. Please be thoughtful in what identifying details you include in the narrative.
